What if a Christian starts to be the attracted to the same ***?

What are they expected to do? Shield it and hide their true selves and feel unhappy for the rest of their lives and not feeling fulfilled just for God?
Or yeah, because if someone believes in God and likes the same *** are they automatically booted out of the religion or just forced to be in the closet the rest of their lives?
It seems stupid.
